Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-driven Deal Desk Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key partner to our global sales teams, you will play a crucial role in converting complex data into actionable commercial deals that drive our growth. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Build complex pricing models, price schedules, and complete contract packages to enable high-impact revenue opportunities. Analyze sales and customer data across Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and CRM platforms to deliver actionable pricing recommendations. Coordinate global opportunity progression by tracking deal SLAs, monitoring progress, and serving as a trusted advisor on internal policies. Complete complex due diligence, quality assurance, and information security questionnaires for prospective deals. Identify process bottlenecks and proactively drive small-scale improvements to enhance commercial efficiency and mentor team members. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years of progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, pricing tools, and sales enablement workflows (Salesforce experience preferred). Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to analyze raw data and translate it into insights. Superior written and oral communication skills in English, with fluency in additional international languages preferred.
