Deal Structuring & Pricing Manager (all genders)

Your Mission

You lead deals — owning the financial model, driving the commercial workstream, and presenting directly to approval committees and client leadership. You'll also mentor junior analysts, setting the standard for how the team works.

The deals themselves are among the most complex in the market: multi-hundred-million managed services contracts, DAX company transformation programs, international outsourcing transactions. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, accounting, legal, tax, and negotiation — with direct exposure to senior stakeholders on both sides of the table.

Your daily work

• Lead complex deals end-to-end.
  Own the financial workstream on major transactions from initial scoping through contract signature, building robust business cases covering project costs, client pricing, P&L, balance sheets, and risk-adjusted scenarios.

• Shape commercial decisions.
  Participate in client negotiations around pricing assumptions, contractual terms, and risk allocation, and translate complex financial scenarios into clear, decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders and internal approval committees.

• Develop teams and strengthen collaboration.
  Mentor junior team members, set quality standards, review their work, and share commercial judgement and modelling best practices while continuously improving team processes and ways of working.

• Safeguard quality, risk, and compliance.
  Partner with Accounting, Legal, and Tax to optimize transactions, identify and address risks proactively, and ensure rigorous documentation and deal materials in line with US GAAP, IFRS, and applicable local accounting standards.

Who you are

• University degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in Finance, Pricing, M&A, Consulting, or a comparable finance environment.

• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to take ownership and operate independently.
• Experience advising senior leadership, presenting financial analyses to senior stakeholders, and confidently explaining and defending underlying assumptions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, combined with active use of AI tools and curiosity to further explore their potential.
• Experience in IT outsourcing, managed services, or complex long-term service contracts is a plus; German language skills are helpful but not required, and international applicants are explicitly welcome.
