As we continue to expand, we are looking to strengthen our Dealing team with a proactive and detailed-oriented Dealer. This role is vital to maintaining a secure, efficient and resilient in the Dealing environment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage market risk, including client exposure. Track and reconcile Liquidity Providers’s pricing, execution and balances. Investigate and resolve trading-related incidents across multiple systems. Monitor client trades and flag unusual activity. Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently. Support cross-functional departments in daily brokerage operations. Generate reports for internal management and regulatory compliance. Maintain internal dealing systems. Stay updated on financial markets, currency movements, and corporate actions. Ensure smooth operations between client and broker business units. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dealing room role. Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 including Admin/Manager. Solid understanding of financial instruments and trading systems. Proficient in Microsoft excel. Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Fluent in English (verbal and written). CySEC certificate is required.
