Brandt Industries is currently seeking a Dealer Development Sales Coordinator for our Regina, SK location.
This position will be a hybrid role supporting three critical responsibilities: The first responsibility will be working with the dealer development director to create territory and dealer reporting for better alignment between sales and manufacturing while working with the sales analytics team (45% of responsibilities). The second responsibility will be working and special projects for the U.S. Sales Director and Dealer Development Director developing tools, dashboards, presentations and sales resources that improve dealer and Territory Manager performance and business planning (45%). The third will be backup support for the order desk with a speciality focus on truck & trailer products during heavy customer traffic and vacation backfill support for the sales coordinators (10% of responsibilities).

What You Will Be Responsible For
Dealer Development Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales data analyst to develop and maintain dealer and Territory Manager dashboards across Brandt product lines to provide timely visibility to sales activity, performance and opportunities.
- Create standardized scorecards and grading tools that allow sales leadership to quickly measure dealer and TM performance against established objectives to implemented in the Power BI Dashboards.
- Develop and track key performance indicators including retail sales, market penetration, inventory and turns, quote activity and conversion, demonstrations, pipeline, forecast accuracy, stocking commitments, training participation, territory coverage and dealer sales engagement.
- Analyze dealer territories to identify growth opportunities, coverage gaps, underperforming markets and areas requiring additional sales focus.
- Support dealer business planning, territory planning, forecasting, inventory planning and dealer stocking strategies across all product groups.
- Managing existing programs, strategies and incentives while tracking and comparing the outcomes to help drive desired results
- Conducting in-depth analysis, recommending pricing strategies and identifying new opportunities that align closely with market trends and company direction
- Being responsible for developing a consistent program framework and reporting mechanisms across all product lines - assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies
- Communicating with Senior Sales Leadership on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
- Consolidate information from internal data sources into clear, actionable reporting and provide recommendations to sales leadership based on performance trends.
U.S. Sales Director and Dealer Development Director – Key Dashboard Development and Sales Content Creation Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated project support to the U.S. Sales Director and Dealer Development to help create strategic sales, dealer development and product initiatives to be implemented through Territory and Dealer Dashboards.
- Help drive and create more usable content to the Brandt Dealer Portal to give Brandt dealers all the relevant content and sales tools to give a competitive advantage and to give dealers 24/7/365 access to as much content as possible.
- Working with the sales analyst team to both grow and create new Power BI Dashboards to streamline data to better analyze all the key data points for quicker reference and better decision making.
- Develop ROI and total cost of ownership presentations and calculators that demonstrate the financial value of Brandt products working with engineering, sales and manufacturing departments to create sales content.
- Develop and maintain standardized sales playbooks for each Brandt product line for use by Territory Managers and dealer sales These playbooks will highlight Brandt advantages, value propositions and give both the Brandt Sales team and dealer sales teams key talking points to demonstrate the Brandt advantage
- Build product selling guides covering target customers and applications, product positioning, key features and benefits, competitive advantages, qualification questions, common objections, demonstration strategies, ROI/value propositions and dealer stocking recommendations.
- Work with Sales, Product Management, Sales Analytics, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to turn technical and commercial information into practical, professional sales tools.
- Support and manager strategic dealer meetings, customer presentations, product launches, market studies, competitor research, pricing analysis and annual sales planning working with all Brandt departments with guidance from the US Sales Director and Development Director.
- Create professional product presentations for Territory Managers, dealers, customers and senior management.
- Manage additional special projects assigned by the U.S. Sales Director and Dealer Development
Sales Coordination & Order Desk Support Responsibilities:
- Provide backfill and supplemental support for the Wholegoods Order Desk as required with a focus on tuck & trailer products as a first priority
- Assist Sales Managers and TMs in support of sales activities including daily quoting, PowerPoint presentations, assembling data for sales activities, technical information, etc.
- Order maintenance including entering new orders, updating and maintaining existing
- Liaison between engineering, manufacturing and order fulfilment teams to provide updates and manage new and existing orders for our TMs and dealers.
- Process phone calls and emails via a call queue and ticketing system to provide prompt and accurate assistance to dealers and customers.
What We Look For
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Truck Products, Trailers and Construction
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales and/or product or technical support knowledge and experience in heavy construction and trucks with manufacturers and/or dealers
- Strong organizational and customer service skills are a
- Interest and aptitude in sales activities, business analysis and dealer
- Excellent presentation and communication
- Strong computer and organizational skills, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, CRM or other business intelligence experience is an asset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and convert it into clear dashboards, scorecards, presentations and actionable business recommendations.
- Strong business writing and presentation development skills with attention to professional formatting and detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude with an ambitious outlook and potential for career advancement at Brandt.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in understanding Brandt products, applications and competitive positioning.
