Our purpose is design for the good of humankind. It’s the ideal we strive toward each day in everything we do. And our success allows MillerKnoll to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.

Responsible for coordinating dealer experience initiatives that strengthen partnerships, build dealer leadership capability, and support business growth across North America. This role oversees dealer communications, assigned program activities, and cross-functional coordination to help deliver a consistent, premium dealer experience. The position supports dealer engagement, leadership development, and major events through thoughtful content, strong project management, and attention to detail.

This position is a hybrid role and will be onsite four days a week at our Design Yard offices in Holland, MI. This position will also travel up to 25% of the time within the U.S.

Essential Functions:

· Dealer Engagement: Support dealer advisory forums through meeting preparation, content coordination, participant communications, and follow-through. Partner with internal leads to coordinate committee activities and maintain engagement.

· Leader Development: Support dealer leadership development programs through curriculum coordination, facilitator preparation, and participant engagement. Coordinate assigned virtual programming and ongoing activities to sustain learning and connection.

· Communications: Manage dealer communication calendars, content development, and contributor coordination through cross-functional collaboration, including partnership with Sales Enablement. Support dealer broadcast calls and develop content, slide presentations, and dealer-facing materials.

· Events and Experiences: Support planning and execution of dealer meetings and major events, taking responsibility for assigned workstreams and coordinating partners, logistics, and experience details.

· Dealer Insights: Assist in reviewing and synthesizing dealer feedback and survey data, identifying themes, and tracking follow-up actions. Monitor participation and effectiveness to inform improvements.

· Project Management: Manage assigned timelines, deliverables, and workflows across teams, supporting the rollout and ongoing coordination of new and recurring initiatives. Keep work moving by anticipating needs, resolving execution issues, and elevating decisions requiring direction.

Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

· Relevant experience in program management, communications, learning and development, partner engagement, or events.

· Understanding of dealer, channel, or distribution-based business models.

· Strong organizational and project management skills; able to independently advance assigned work and balance multiple priorities.

· Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including communication with senior business audiences.

· Ability to facilitate virtual and in-person engagements and collaborate across teams without direct authority.

· Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate broader objectives into practical execution.

· Ability to synthesize feedback and data into clear themes and actionable insights.

· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint and Excel, and project management and collaboration tools.

· Strong attention to detail; creativity and a design sensibility are valued.

· Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
