Job purpose: The Delivery Consultant supports the successful implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of TechnologyOne solutions for our clients. The role works with functional leads, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver business outcomes across TechnologyOne modules, including Property & Rating, Financials, Corporate Performance Management and Ci Anywhere. Key roles and responsibilities: The key roles and responsibilities of the role include: Solution Delivery Management Work with the General Manager and customers to assist in designing solutions and determine project requirements for the implementation of TechnologyOne P&R, Financials and CPM. Configure P&R, Financials and Corporate Performance Management modules with support of the Delivery Lead. Support workshops, demonstrations, testing cycles, and user training. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery. Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the solution is robust, secure, and scalable before final deployment. Work with project managers to track deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure effective support and troubleshooting post-implementation, assisting clients with any issues related to the P&R, Financials and CPM. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business users, and technical teams. Project Quality & Excellence Ensure projects are delivered in line with Avec’s Governance and Quality expectations and the customer’s expectations. Provide clear communication on progress, risks and issues. Customer Success Management Relationship Management across key customers and projects. Maintaining and fostering strong relationships with Customers, Partners and Avec teams to ensure Project Success. Project Delivery Assisting Consulting Delivery across key Programs and Projects. (80% Utilisation) Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Minimum of 2+years’ experience with implementing and supporting TechnologyOne P&R, Financials and SCPM. CiAnywhere experience is highly desirable. The Delivery Consultant is expected to operate with a degree of autonomy across activities while still developing deeper domain and product expertise. Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements. Excellent relationship management skills to build, maintain and foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Success Measures Assigned project tasks, delivered on time and to the expected quality. Positive client and internal stakeholder feedback. Accurate documentation, testing, and configuration support. Effective contribution to workshops, issue resolution, and go-live activities. Continued growth in TechnologyOne product knowledge and consulting capability.
