Enjoy recruitment delivery, candidate engagement and working closely with hiring managers?

We’re looking for recruiters to join an embedded client project, working North American business hours. You’ll recruit across Sales, Marketing, Finance and R&D, with Finance or R&D recruitment experience particularly welcome.

What you’ll do

• Source, qualify and deliver candidates, with no cold business development
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback and offers
• Build relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders
• Deliver high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment, meeting clear targets while maintaining candidate quality

What you’ll bring

• A proven track record of managing multiple vacancies and delivering at pace
• Recruitment experience within one or more of the relevant verticals
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and English communication skills
• Client-facing experience, ideally within an embedded or RPO model
