Delivery Consultant (GTM Talent) | Remote (US Hours)

We're looking for a Top biller who'd rather spend the day delivering than cold-calling for new business.

Hirewithatlas is the go-to-market talent partner for early-stage tech companies in New York City. We place sales, marketing, partnerships and revenue talent into startups that are scaling fast. We're on track to 4x the business this year and are aiming to do it again next year, with the goal of becoming the number one GTM talent partner for NYC tech startups.

We're hiring an experienced Delivery Consultant to join the team and take ownership of delivery on a warm desk.

You won't be starting from scratch. Clients are on board, roles are live and the market is mapped. Your job is to find, qualify and close great candidates, fast.

What you'll be doing

• Headhunting and engaging GTM candidates with LinkedIn and your own network

• Screening and qualifying candidates: understanding motivations, assessing fit and presenting strong shortlists

• Managing interview processes from first call to signed offer

• Negotiating offers and keeping candidates engaged to close

• Working directly with the founder, with close support and no micromanagement

What we're looking for

• A proven top biller from a high-performing recruitment agency, with £300k+ billed annually in recently years

• A strong, repeatable recruitment process you can show

• Elite level stakeholder management

• Competitive, resilient and motivated by targets

• Ownership: you treat your desk like your own business

• Experience placing GTM roles (sales, SDR/AE, marketing, partnerships) is a plus, but not essential

Compensation

~£30k base salary

OTE including base £120k+

Uncapped with accelerators
