As a leader in data, analytics and AI for 30 years, Datamine is seeking someone to join our team in a brand-new role as Delivery Enabler, with the goal of supporting the delivery of projects to our clients. Within this exciting role you will manage delivery processes, understand client requirements and expectations, assign appropriate resources, and support technical teams by ensuring they have the tools and processes to deliver outcomes to clients. About the role: If you’re a highly motivated person who enjoys supporting projects from start to finish, then this is the role for you. We’re looking for someone who is great at building internal relationships, has a feel for project management and project requirements and can support our client services team and technical teams to deliver great work, on time. What a day may look like: Working with our Process and Change integrator to create and maintain delivery processes Support our technical teams by ensuring their tools and processes are fit for purpose Be the point of contact for our Client Services team to hand over new projects, ensure we have the resource available and allocate a project team Working with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to support reliable and scalable delivery Understanding commercial requirements and deadlines to ensure delivery is aligned with client expectations Keeping across ongoing projects to ensure things are running smoothly Reviewing past projects to incorporate learnings into the team allocation process What you’ll bring Great organisation skills, resource coordination experience, you understand what is required to meet delivery requirements The ability to work with the team and engage stakeholders to deliver the right outcomes Systems thinking to see how people, tools and processes can connect Prior experience allocating teams/resource to projects Commercial awareness, understanding budgets, contracts, priorities, deadlines and the implications of projects A fast learner you don’t need in-depth experience in data analytics but curiosity and the ability to learn The desire to continuously improve and look for ways to add value to the people you work with What Datamine Offers A supportive work environment where your contributions are valued An opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team The opportunity to learn from and work alongside experts in their field A values-driven organisation Stretch progress, the potential to grow your skills and the role at your pace An environment that will allow you to be you and to thrive A place that celebrates ours wins and is on the path of continual learning A business that believes in accountability not hierarchy Oh, and did we mention we have a chef and a café, so lunch and coffee are on us, as is parking.
