Delivery Lead – NetSuite Restaurant Operations (ONRO)

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to own team leadership and portfolio delivery across NetSuite implementations, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations (ONRO) for restaurant and hospitality clients.

You will make sure every project lands on scope, timeline, quality and customer outcomes. You will guide Project Managers and Consultants, raise delivery standards, and drive accountability across the team. As ONRO rolls out globally, you will also shape how we deliver it: building the playbooks, skills and partnerships that make us the go-to team for restaurant groups moving their back office onto NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio delivery

• Own delivery of a portfolio of NetSuite implementations, including ONRO projects for single-site, multi-location and franchise restaurant groups.
• Serve as the final escalation point for delivery, scope and customer risks.
• Set governance, delivery cadence and executive reporting across all projects.
• Track portfolio performance, including margin, utilization and delivery efficiency, and act early when numbers drift.

Restaurant and ONRO delivery

• Oversee the restaurant back-office scope ONRO covers: inventory, procurement, production scheduling, labor and cash management.
• Make sure POS integrations, especially Oracle Simphony Cloud, are scoped, tested and reconciled so sales, stock and cash data flow correctly into NetSuite.
• Plan phased, multi-location rollouts that keep restaurants running through go-live.
• Build repeatable ONRO delivery playbooks, templates and estimates.

People and partnerships

• Lead, coach and develop Project Managers and Consultants, and grow the team's restaurant-industry and ONRO expertise.
• Partner with Sales and Presales on deal quality, scope clarity and realistic estimates for restaurant deals.
• Work with Oracle and NetSuite product teams to share field feedback and stay current as ONRO evolves.

What we're looking for

• Proven leadership of teams in complex ERP delivery environments.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite implementation and delivery experience.
• Experience delivering ERP for restaurant, hospitality, food and beverage, or multi-location retail and franchise businesses.
• Working knowledge of restaurant back-office processes: inventory and food cost, procurement, labor scheduling and cash reconciliation.
• Experience with POS-to-ERP integrations.
• Strong financial and operational awareness, including project margin and utilization.
• A track record of managing escalations, project governance and delivery risk.
• Ability to coach teams, drive accountability and raise delivery standards.

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations, or a strong drive to become an early expert as it rolls out.
• Experience with Oracle Simphony (MICROS) or the NetSuite Connector for MICROS Simphony.
• NetSuite certifications (strongly preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification.
