About Sharon AI

Sharon AI is an Australian neocloud, delivering trusted AI infrastructure organisations need to build, train and run AI at scale. We support customers across the full AI lifecycle, from training through to inference and agentic AI, drawing on a strong ecosystem of technology and co-location partners to deliver capability where it's needed. As the first neocloud to join NVIDIA's AI Compute Program, we're growing quickly, scaling our AI Factory platform to meet rising demand for advanced compute.

The Role

As Sharon AI continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner to join our Internal PMO team and play an important role in executing product domain roadmaps and translating vision into high-quality delivery, reporting to our PMO Lead.

In this role, the Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner will own the team's backlog, lead sprint execution, and harmonise complex dependencies across cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and Engineering teams, with exposure to cutting-edge technology at the forefront of AI infrastructure.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Facilitate all core Scrum and sprint ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Own the domain backlog by writing and refining clear epics and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Translate the Product Managerโ€™s high-level roadmap into a structured, executable delivery plan detailing sequencing, capacity, and milestones.
  • Manage and align critical dependencies across engineering, facilities, procurement, security, operations, finance, and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate data centre timelines with Technical Program Managers to seamlessly schedule benchmarking activities, site readiness, and hardware deployments.
  • Own the teamโ€™s Jira and Confluence space, ensuring boards, roadmaps, dashboards, and tracking metrics serve as the trusted source of truth.
  • Drive risk management and decision-making by actively escalating blockers through the PMO and the weekly Scrum of Scrums.
  • Incorporate operations feedback by attending monthly forums to capture bug reports and operational fixes directly into the sprint lifecycle.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 6 to 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in technology delivery, program management, Scrum Master, or Technical Product Owner roles.
  • Proven track record of getting complex, technical work delivered while comfortably wearing multiple delivery hats.
  • Expertise in agile frameworks, specifically running scrum execution for dedicated engineering or infrastructure teams.
  • Advanced Jira and Confluence capability, with a deep understanding of backlog health, epic planning, and progress reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Technical fluency to comfortably follow and contribute to engineering discussions around infrastructure, platform services, and AI workloads.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

Nice to have:

  • Industry experience in cloud, data centre, bare metal, hardware provisioning, or platform infrastructure delivery.
  • Familiarity with container platforms, Kubernetes, GitOps pipelines, infrastructure as code, or data centre facilities engineering.
  • Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications.
