Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex technical projects from inception through successful completion, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met
• Drive architecture design decisions in collaboration with technical teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Establish and enforce architecture governance standards across project deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data software engineering initiatives with business goals
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and status updates
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or architecture integrity
• Facilitate decision-making processes between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Monitor project performance metrics and adjust delivery strategies as needed
• Support governance reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management, with a proven track record of successful project completions
• Expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance
• Background in Data Software Engineering
• Skills in Stakeholder Management
• Proficiency in Delivery Management.AI
• Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+/C1 level
