Senior Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to steer complex technical programs end-to-end while aligning architecture, engineering, and business priorities. You will partner with architecture and data software engineering teams, lead governance, and keep stakeholders informed through clear reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery of software engineering projects, meeting schedule, quality, and budget objectives
• Shape architecture design choices with technical teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Define and uphold architecture governance standards across all project outputs
• Align cross-functional teams to connect data software engineering workstreams with business goals
• Communicate with stakeholders via regular updates, reports, and status tracking to manage expectations
• Assess delivery and architecture risks early and implement mitigation plans
• Facilitate decisions between technical teams and business stakeholders to remove blockers
• Track project performance metrics and refine delivery approaches based on results
• Assist governance reviews to confirm adherence to architectural standards
• Develop trusted stakeholder relationships that promote transparency across the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven record with 3+ years of experience in Delivery Management and delivering projects successfully
• Deep expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance practices
• Solid background in Data Software Engineering environments
• Strong capability in Stakeholder Management across diverse groups
• Hands-on proficiency in Delivery Management.AI
• Fluent English communication skills at B2+/C1 (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) level
