Delivery Manager

🧩 Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in Puzzle Games. We have several successful products with a combined total of over 200M+ downloads, and we are regularly featured in the top charts in the Games section worldwide. Our TOP project is Solitaire Associations.

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager whom we will entrust with the delivery of our games and the growth of the team behind them. You will own planning, prioritization and risk management, coach your team, and drive continuous improvement of our development processes.

Your Role:
Project management

• Collaborate with Producers to align development focus and ensure on-time delivery;
• Own the delivery plan and manage project risks;
• Prioritize team tasks, balancing business goals, team needs and technical vision.

People management

• Lead hiring and onboarding of new team members;
• Set ambitious goals for the team, track progress and measure results;
• Run performance management and performance improvement processes;
• Coach and develop team members, fostering their autonomy and professional growth;
• Drive team building and motivation;
• Remove impediments: help the team resolve risks, bottlenecks and conflicts.

Processes

• Lead continuous improvement of processes and engineering practices at group and company level;
• Define and adapt the development process across multiple projects and technologies in a dynamic environment;
• Promote best-practice and knowledge sharing through meetings, newsletters and internal programs;
• As part of the department management team, build effective cross-department collaboration;

What makes you a perfect fit?

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the gamedev field;
• Experience building and managing development teams of 50+ people;
• Proven experience in delivery planning, prioritization and risk management;
• Experience working closely with Producers or Product Managers;
• Hands-on experience in hiring, onboarding and performance management;
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of growing people;
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies;
• Working with task tracking systems: (e.g. ClickUp);
• Experience building and improving production processes across multiple projects and technologies;
• Result-driven, with the ability to set goals and measure outcomes;
• Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and creativity;
• Conflict management and resolution skills;
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities;
  Attention to detail and systems-level thinking;
• A deep passion for games.
