Job Title: Delivery Manager
Target Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £51,000 - £76,000
Location: Glasgow preferred, can be flexible on office - Adhoc visits to all Ageas offices.

We're looking for a talented Delivery Manager to help drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across technology and business teams.
Working closely with Product Owners, Technology Leads and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll play a key role in turning priorities into reality. You'll lead delivery across squads and value streams, remove barriers, manage dependencies and help teams perform at their best, all while keeping customer outcomes at the heart of everything you do.
Main Responsibilities as Delivery Manager:
- Leading
projects from planning through to delivery.
- Helping
teams organise their work and priorities.
- Using
data and insights to improve performance.
- Managing
risks, issues and dependencies.
- Working
with business teams, technology teams and external partners.
- Supporting
important launches and system changes.
- Coaching
teams in Agile ways of working.
- Building
strong, motivated and successful teams.
- Providing
updates and reporting for stakeholders.
- Championing continuous improvement and better ways of working.
Skills and experience you need as Delivery Manager:
- Experience
delivering business or technology change.
- Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience
working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- A
data-driven approach to decision-making.
- The
ability to manage priorities and competing demands.
- Experience
using tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
- A
focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
- Experience working in a regulated industry or large transformation programme.
