Digital Delivery Manager, two positions available.

We are recruiting two experienced Digital Delivery Managers to join our UK & Europe Digital Services Delivery & Change Practice. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, business-critical digital initiatives, bringing together internal platforms, multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers to deliver joined-up outcomes.

Hybrid working model with travel required to support business and project needs.

Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

Lead the delivery of end-to-end delivery of integrated digital solutions that bring systems, platforms and suppliers together to achieve measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our UK & Europe Digital Services team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated digital solutions, ensuring systems, platforms and suppliers work together seamlessly to achieve business outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Delivery Manager, you will own demand management, prioritisation and delivery execution, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders up to CXO level. You'll lead and coordinate delivery across matrix teams and suppliers ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned, delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for digital initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, cost, time, quality and value.
  • Operate as the single point of accountability for integrated delivery across internal platforms, external suppliers and the wider matrix team
  • Own the intake, assessment and shaping of demand, translating business strategy into a prioritised delivery roadmap and making informed trade-offs based on value, risk, capacity, dependencies and technical constraints.
  • Lead demand management, prioritisation and roadmap planning, balancing strategic initiatives, BAU activity, technical debt and integrations.
  • Coordinate integration, delivery sequencing and release planning across internal teams and suppliers, ensuring alignment with agreed architecture, integration patterns, delivery cadence and quality standards.
  • Drive delivery across multiple systems, platforms and third-party suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and trade-offs, providing concise reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums while ensuring compliance with portfolio assurance, security and data requirements.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional matrix teams including architects, engineers, business analysts, QA, change and security specialists.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners and business leaders to align priorities, business objectives and delivery capacity.
  • Embed change impacts, communications, training and operational readiness into delivery plans; coordinate integrated releases and cutovers; and track adoption and benefits realisation with business and change teams.

About You

Essential

  • Significant experience leading digital delivery leadership across project, product and technical environments.
  • Proven success delivering complex, integrated solutions across multiple platforms and suppliers.
  • Strong experience managing portfolio demand, prioritisation and delivery roadmaps.
  • Solid understanding of modern digital architectures, system integrations and software delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary matrix teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within large, complex enterprise organisations.
  • Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe or Product Management certifications.
  • Experience working with data platforms, analytics environments and security-regulated industries.
  • Experience delivering mobilisation and implementation programmes within public sector environments would be advantageous.

Additional
