Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead international cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives. This role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, agile delivery, and operational planning, supporting large-scale transformation projects across multiple countries.

As a member of the delivery leadership team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, business analysts, and QA specialists to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that support organizational growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business needs, translating them into actionable delivery plans.
• Lead and support international, multidisciplinary teams working within Agile environments.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and team leads to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular status updates and proactively address delivery risks and challenges.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in achieving individual and team objectives.
• Coordinate resources effectively to support strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with other leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences at different organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and international teams.
• Solid understanding of project and delivery management methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience in Agile software delivery environments.
• Ability to balance technical discussions with business-level decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Fluent English.
