Delivery Manager — AI-driven Vulnerability Detection Program

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of an AI-driven vulnerability detection harness and lifecycle management program. You will align scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders while enabling adoption across a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across scope, schedule, dependencies, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery team workstreams and remove blockers
• Lead stakeholder communication through regular status and steering forums
• Drive delivery-gating formalities such as access provisioning, approvals, and security reviews
• Track budget and burn against the statement of work and flag deviations early
• Manage risks, escalations, and change requests while documenting scope decisions
• Support adoption of the delivered harness with stakeholders and delivery teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of delivery management experience delivering software programs in large enterprise environments
• 2+ years of program management experience with planning, dependencies, and status reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior, client-facing communication
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones (US and India)
• Strong project governance skills across scope, schedule, budget, and change control
• Hands-on Agile delivery knowledge and ceremony facilitation experience
• Strong risk management skills with escalation handling and decision documentation
• Excellent communication skills with proactive updates across distributed teams
• English proficiency: C1 Advanced
