Senior Delivery Manager — AI-driven Vulnerability Detection Program

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead delivery for an AI-driven vulnerability detection harness and lifecycle management program. You will align scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders across a distributed team and drive adoption through clear governance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for the program, including scope, schedule, dependencies, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery team members and keep workstreams unblocked
• Lead stakeholder alignment across security, application, platform, and vendor groups
• Run regular status and steering meetings and communicate decisions clearly
• Drive delivery-critical formalities such as access provisioning, approvals, and security reviews
• Track budget and burn against the SOW and surface deviations early
• Manage risks, escalations, and change requests and document scope decisions
• Support rollout and adoption of the harness in partnership with the delivery team

Requirements

• 5+ years delivery management experience for enterprise software programs
• 3+ years program management experience coordinating multiple workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior client-facing communication
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience using Jira and Confluence
• Proven risk management skills including change control and escalation handling
• Strong financial tracking skills for budget, burn rate, and SOW alignment
• Proficient English skills (C1, Advanced)
