Delivery manager ( contract bace)

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle. Your primary goal is to establish efficient processes, bridge the gap between business and technical teams, and ensure the client receives the expected results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Build, optimize, and oversee development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) to ensure stable and predictable outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage client expectations, provide regular reporting, conduct demos, and proactively resolve escalations.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage cross-functional teams, provide mentorship, foster motivation, resolve conflicts, and oversee performance (e.g., performance reviews, 1-on-1s).
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and handle prompt troubleshooting.
• Resource & Financial Management: Control project budgets, plan resource allocation, and track margins (P&L management — keep if applicable).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proven practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Successful track record of managing cross-functional teams (from [X] people).
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to conduct complex negotiations.
• Experience in managing budgets, team performance metrics, and risks.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Technical background (previous experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or QA)
