🟡 Salary: B2B contract 150-200 PLN h/net + VAT

You'll take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of Data, BI and AI projects, combining delivery management with close client collaboration. You'll work across scope, budget, timelines, risks and quality while coordinating consulting and expert teams and supporting selected sales activities.

What you'll actually work on?

• Manage a portfolio of Data, BI and AI projects from planning through delivery.
• Work directly with client stakeholders, including business, IT and senior leadership.
• Keep project scope, budget, timelines and delivery quality on track.
• Coordinate consulting and team of experts, including Architects, Data Engineers, BI Consultants and AI\ML Engineers.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early and work with the relevant people to address them.
• Support proposals, estimations and client presentations as part of sales activities and growth support.
• Help shape and improve delivery standards, including methodologies, governance and ways of working.

What we're looking for?

• 5+ years of experience managing IT, Data, Analytics or Digital Transformation projects
• Experience delivering Data Platform, BI, AI or Cloud transformation projects
• Practical knowledge of business use case for: Azure, Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or similar delivery methodologies
• Understanding of modern data platform architecture, cloud environments and enterprise delivery standards and their place in enterprice ecosystem
• Experience in a consulting, enterprise or customer-facing technology environment
• Fluent English, at least B2/C1
