Role: Technical Advisory Manager — Data & AI

You'll combine hands-on Data & AI expertise with client advisory and business development. You'll work with senior client stakeholders to understand their challenges, shape high-level solution visions and identify opportunities where technology can create business value.

What you'll actually work on?

• Partner with key clients to understand their business and technology needs and shape solutions across Data & AI.
• Translate technical expertise into solution visions connected to real business goals.
• Use your experience from Data Warehouse, Data Lake/Lakehouse, BI or AI projects to challenge assumptions and help clients choose the right direction.
• Work closely with Delivery and Technology teams to turn advisory conversations into actionable solutions.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand the services we provide.
• Work with new customers to understand their needs and contribute to business proposals.
• Collaborate with technology partners, including Microsoft, Databricks and Snowflake, when shaping solutions and opportunities.
• Organize and lead client meetings, workshops and presentations, and manage your own schedule around client and business needs.
• Travel occasionally within Europe and the Middle East, depending on client needs and events.

What we're looking for?

• Hands-on and management experience delivering Data Warehouse, Data Lake/Lakehouse, BI or AI projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence and Cloud Data Platforms.
• Practical experience with at least one of the Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake ecosystems.
• Experience working directly with C-level, directors, architects, technology leaders or service managers.
• Experience designing and proposing high-level technical solutions or services together with clients.
• Experience in consulting or client advisory beyond project delivery.
• Experience identifying opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to business proposals.
• Very good English and willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and the Middle East.
