We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager (Hybrid - GDL) to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). Delivery Lead Location: Guadalajara (Hybrid-Office twice a week) Organization: Global Technology Capability Center (GTCC) Position Overview The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of an assigned portfolio of GTCC projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, quality, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The role will serve as a key connection point between GTCC delivery teams, business stakeholders, Champions, and leadership. As the GTCC continues to scale, this role will provide dedicated delivery oversight to maintain high-quality service, strengthen stakeholder engagement, proactively manage delivery risks, and support a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring commitments are met across scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Act as the primary delivery point of contact for project stakeholders and GTCC Champions. Monitor project health, dependencies, risks, issues, and action plans, escalating when appropriate. Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to ensure effective execution. Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, KPIs, and status updates for GTCC leadership. Proactively identify delivery challenges and implement recovery or mitigation plans. Ensure teams follow agreed delivery methodologies, processes, and quality standards. Support resource planning, capacity management, onboarding, and allocation across projects. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and delivery impediments. Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and proactively address concerns or feedback. Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, team collaboration, and service quality. Support employee engagement by identifying delivery-related challenges impacting team experience and working with leadership on solutions. Contribute to GTCC scaling initiatives, standardization, and adoption of best practices across projects. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, project management, service delivery, or a related discipline. Experience managing multiple projects or a portfolio of technology initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices. Experience with project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Experience working with distributed or global teams. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within a Global Capability Center, Shared Services, or IT outsourcing environment. Experience supporting automotive or other large enterprise clients. Experience with resource/capacity planning and financial tracking. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification. Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Success Measures On-time and high-quality project delivery.
