Delivery Manager (Technical Background)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-quality product features. The ideal candidate is a process-driven professional with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and hands-on expertise in Jira and cross-functional team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple product teams Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines Collaborate closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and QA to ensure efficient resource allocation and high team performance Establish, refine, and enforce delivery processes to drive predictable and repeatable results Maintain complete control and visibility using Jira, leveraging its full capabilities for issue tracking, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation Communicate delivery plans and progress clearly with internal stakeholders and clients Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans Requirements: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in software development environments Strong technical background (e.g., development, QA, or system architecture experience) Hands-on experience with Jira at an advanced level – including setting up workflows, dashboards, and reports Excellent organizational and communication skills A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivery and quality Experience managing cross-functional teams Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) Nice to Have: Background in fintech, SaaS, or product-driven companies Experience with Confluence, or other Atlassian tools
