As a Delphi Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in the insurance industry currently modernizing their core information systems. Your expertise will contribute to designing and developing high-quality solutions based on Oracle and Delphi technologies, supporting the client’s ongoing digital transformation and enhancing their service offerings. Your main responsibilities:
- Design and architect new solutions within Oracle and Delphi-based information systems.
- Develop and implement efficient, sustainable, and high-quality code.
- Create detailed technical specifications and comprehensive design documentation.
- Produce thorough technical and administrative documentation for project continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure seamless project delivery using Agile (SCRUM) methodology.
- Conduct testing to verify functionality and system stability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during development and deployment phases.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying technical concepts and project updates.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Delphi development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Proven experience working within Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environments.
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications or additional skills in Oracle or related technologies.
- Experience with modern software architecture practices.
