Delphix Administrator / TDM Specialist

Role Objective

We are seeking an experienced Delphix Administrator / Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist responsible for the end-to-end administration, operations, governance, and functional support of the Delphix platform.

The candidate will enable secure, reliable, and efficient test data provisioning across application development and testing teams while ensuring platform stability, data security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Delphix platform, ensuring availability, performance, security, and operational stability.
  

• Configure and manage source databases, dSources, VDBs, snapshots, refresh, rewind, and provisioning activities.
  

• Manage test data refresh and provisioning across DEV, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing environments.
  

• Collaborate with application, QA, development, and business teams to understand test data requirements.
  

• Lead application and database onboarding, including technical assessment, connectivity, source/target configuration, masking, and validation.
  

• Define and maintain data masking requirements to protect sensitive production data in non-production environments.
  

• Coordinate with DBA, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Privacy, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
  

• Manage Delphix user access, roles, permissions, and security controls.
  

• Automate provisioning, refresh, and environment-management activities using Delphix APIs and workflow automation.
  

• Monitor platform health, job failures, storage utilization, VDB performance, capacity, and operational alerts.
  

• Support platform upgrades, patches, maintenance, configuration changes, and capacity planning.
  

• Manage service requests and incidents, including SLA tracking, prioritization, escalation, and closure.
  

• Develop and maintain SOPs, service catalogs, onboarding checklists, refresh schedules, and support documentation.
  

• Enable self-service test data provisioning and refresh capabilities for authorized teams.
  

• Provide user training, functional support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.
  

• Track and report service KPIs, including provisioning cycle time, platform availability, masking coverage, SLA compliance, automation rate, and application adoption.
  

• Support TDM governance, auditability, security controls, and standardized operating processes.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve automation, optimize infrastructure utilization, and accelerate testing and release cycles.
  

Required Skills

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Delphix Administration / Test Data Management.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Delphix platform administration.
  

• Experience with dSources, VDBs, snapshots, refresh, rewind, and provisioning.
  

• Strong understanding of Test Data Management processes and methodologies.
  

• Experience in data masking and sensitive data protection.
  

• Hands-on experience with Delphix APIs and automation.
  

• Experience in database onboarding, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
  

• Knowledge of platform monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity management.
  

• Experience in enterprise IT operations, incident management, and SLA governance.
  

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
