What You’ll Do

· Manage critical system settings, replenishment parameters, and data relationships that influence inventory positioning and material availability.

· Build and maintain planning structures and product relationships that enable effective material, repair, returns, and service parts execution.

· Generate demand projections and planning inputs using established methodologies, system capabilities, and business assumptions.

· Evaluate performance trends, identify drivers of variance, and uncover opportunities to improve operational results.

· Investigate exceptions impacting inventory, service levels, or forecast performance and develop actionable corrective measures.

· Administer material disposition decisions and system transactions that optimize inventory outcomes and product flow.

· Monitor yield performance, highlight emerging risks, and recommend adjustments that improve operational effectiveness.

· Create recurring insights, metrics, and reporting that increase visibility and strengthen decision-making.

· Assemble information and business context for recurring reviews, operational discussions, and supply chain forums.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, improve execution, and align business priorities.

· Find opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data quality, and increase organizational efficiency.

· Present findings, observations, and improvement opportunities to collaborators across a global organization.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, materials planning, procurement planning, or other supply chain roles involving forecasting, replenishment, or inventory optimization.

· Knowledge of forecasting methods, inventory concepts, replenishment strategies, and operational planning practices.

· Experience working with ERP, MRP, APS, or other technology platforms used to manage supply chain activities.

· Familiarity with planning master data, product structures, planning attributes, or related system administration responsibilities.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and translate information into meaningful insights.

· Demonstrated problem-solving capability, including root cause investigation and recommendation development.

· Experience measuring business performance, interpreting trends, and driving data-informed decisions.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across global teams.

· Curiosity, attention to detail, process rigor, and a continuous improvement approach.
