It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!

Fullsteam is a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology dedicated to helping businesses flourish by providing their customers with seamless experiences. With a dynamic and growing team of over 1,900 employees, we are committed to driving innovation and delivering best-in-class software and payment solutions that empower small and medium-sized businesses across numerous industries. Our purpose is to help our customers grow their businesses and delight their customers. Join us and be a part of a forward-thinking company that values growth, excellence, and the success of our clients.

Commerce7: We believe that above price and product, the number one reason why a consumer chooses a brand is customer experience. Customer experiences that are customer-centric lead to loyalty, customer happiness, and ultimately drive sales and profit. Our mission at Commerce7 is to empower wineries with the tools and insights needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and succeed in DTC.

As the Demand Generation Manager at Commerce7, you'll own the pipeline engine for new winery acquisition: building and running the campaigns, outbound programs, and paid strategies that attract, engage, and convert qualified wineries onto the platform. You'll operate inside the Create/Capture/Convert (3C) demand gen framework, working closely with Sales to hit pipeline and demo targets, and with RevOps to act on the attribution and performance data they provide. You bring structure and accountability to demand gen execution — planning campaigns with precision, working from shared pipeline reporting, and continuously improving performance based on what converts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Pipeline & Funnel Growth

  • Own new-logo pipeline and demo targets in partnership with Sales, building on the existing demo funnel and bottoms-up funnel models.
  • Manage target account and whitespace campaigns from list-building through conversion.
  • Use RevOps-provided attribution and pipeline reporting to identify what's working and reallocate effort accordingly (this role acts on the data, RevOps owns the underlying architecture)

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, covering lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
  • Own Commerce7's paid acquisition strategy, collaborating with external vendors on budgets, targeting, assets, and ongoing optimization.
  • Run outbound and account-based programs against defined target lists, including sequencing and messaging.
  • Owns email as a core channel (strategy, calendar, segmentation, performance), with content/copy support from Content.

Customer Stories & Proof

  • Partner with the content role to prioritize which customer stories, testimonials and use cases get built, based on active campaign and target account needs - the content team builds the flywheel and this role puts it into motion.
  • Activate proof assets across campaigns, outbound sequences and sales enablement to drive conversions
  • Feed campaign performance and prospect objections back to the content function to inform what gets built next

Social & Community Engagement

  • Set organic social strategy and content calendar direction; day-to-day posting can be delegated across the marketing team.
  • Support a lightweight LinkedIn engagement approach for Sales and Success, focused on feature adoption rather than a full thought-leadership program.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with VP of Sales on pipeline targets, funnel health, and demo goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market initiatives, launches, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Events Marketing Manager to extend event impact through pre- and post-event campaigns.
  • Work with RevOps function to ensure campaign performance is tracked accurately and attribution data informs planning.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Pipeline & Funnel Ownership: Comfortable owning demo/pipeline targets and working from funnel and attribution data to guide campaign decisions.
  • Outbound & ABM: Experience running target-account or whitespace campaigns, including list-building, sequencing, and messaging.
  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
  • Digital Marketing & Paid Acquisition: Proficient in managing paid strategies and optimizing performance across digital channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to align messaging and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience, focus on demand gen/campaigns/digital
  • Outbound or ABM program experience strongly preferred
  • Marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tool experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication
  • Cross-team collaboration ability, especially with Sales
  • B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience preferred

Salary Range: $90,375 - $104,000 CAD
