Companies like Zynga, Bitcoin.com, and Philips use OneSignal to drive outcomes with AI that scales with you.
We’re Series C, venture-backed by SignalFire, Rakuten Ventures, Y Combinator, HubSpot, and BAM Elevate. We offer remote work as the default option in the United States in California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Washington. As well as in the UK, Singapore, and Canada - with plans to expand the locations we support in the future. Some roles are hybrid roles and will be listed as such. We have offices in San Francisco and San Mateo in CA, in London, UK, and offer flex seating options for employees to work together in-person in NY and other areas. Hiring in Singapore is done in partnership with a local EOR, and hiring in Canada is done in partnership with Rippling's EOR.
OneSignal has a lot of the great tech startup qualities you'd expect, but we don't stop there. Our massive scale and small team, emphasis on collaboration, and focus on ownership and personal growth make OneSignal a uniquely great place to work.
As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for OneSignal. You’ll lead our webinar and direct mail programs, build our ABM campaigns, and bring new ideas for reaching and converting our target audience. You’ll work with our paid media, content, and lifecycle teams to take campaigns from planning through launch, follow-up, and performance analysis. This is an opportunity to shape campaign strategy, test new ideas, and build programs you can own from strategy to execution. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and partners closely with SDRs, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to drive successful campaigns. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, understands what makes a compelling campaign, and uses results to optimize decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline. Identify target audiences, develop campaign strategy, and create plans that connect audience needs to business goals
- Own campaign planning and coordination by setting goals, building timelines, and working with paid media, content, lifecycle, events, and marketing operations to bring campaigns to life across channels
- Run our webinar program end-to-end, including identifying topics and speakers, driving registrations and attendees, and planning follow-up
- Build ongoing and targeted direct mail campaigns that connect compelling offers with coordinated SDR and sales outreach to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
- Build our ABM program in partnership with sales, including aligning on target accounts, developing coordinated campaigns, and testing new approaches
- Work with SDRs and sales to create campaign follow up messaging
- Define campaign success metrics, report on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline, and use data to recommend what to improve
- Bring recommendations for campaigns, channels, and experiments, prioritize them against business goals, and apply what you learn to future programs
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of demand experience in B2B SaaS
- Care for quality, all the way from ad copy to internal comms
- Proven track record of balancing strategy and execution with measurable outcomes
- Can move quickly, make sound decisions in an ambiguous environment and adapt as priorities evolve
- Ability to use CRM and marketing automation data to understand funnel performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working with marketing and sales
- A can-do attitude and willing to take on challenges without clear direction
- Fluency using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration while maintaining strong judgment and a high quality bar
