Demand Generation Specialist, Hybrid London or Addlestone
12-month fixed term contract
The Demand Generation Specialist will join the EMEA Regional Demand Centre (RDC) team to drive paid media campaign execution and optimisation across the region. Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, you will be responsible for executing paid campaigns with a primary focus on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, while coordinating third-party media vendor relationships to drive regional content syndication programmes, delivering a predictable volume of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to accelerate pipeline growth. Exposure to other paid channels and platforms (such as paid display or paid search) is a strong plus.
You will collaborate closely with regional marketers, the internal creative team, and business development representatives (BDRs) to ensure campaign localisation and execution excellence across key EMEA markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Build, launch, and manage EMEA-specific paid media campaigns, working primarily within LinkedIn Campaign Manager and supporting platforms such as 6sense.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign scheduling, audience build-outs, and creative testing.
- Vendor & Content Syndication Management:
- Partner with B2B publishers and third-party media vendors to execute content syndication campaigns.
- Oversee lead delivery pacing, validate incoming leads for accuracy, and enforce strict lead qualification and data quality standards.
- Performance Optimisation, Tracking & Reporting:
- Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics and tracking data, collaborating with Marketing Operations (MOPs) to maintain consistent reporting.
- Generate campaign performance reports and support ad-hoc stakeholder data requests, delivering actionable insights to continuously optimise key metrics (including CTR, CPC, CPA, and pipeline contribution).
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Regional Support:
- Partner closely with EMEA RDC campaign leads on campaign strategy, content mapping, ad creative development, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to brief new creatives and ad copy, running A/B tests to inform campaign learnings.
- Support Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) across sub-regions with regional requests for localised paid media campaigns.
- BDR & Lead Flow Alignment:
- Maintain an active feedback loop with the EMEA BDR team to monitor MQL-to-SQL progression and lead conversion quality.
- Analyse lead quality and optimise paid media audience parameters based on direct BDR feedback.
- Budget & Financial Administration:
- Track and manage regional paid media spend across campaigns, raise POs, and reconcile vendor invoices to maintain accurate budget hygiene.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid media campaigns with a core focus on LinkedIn and paid social channels within B2B technology or SaaS environments. (Hands-on experience across other digital channels such as paid display or paid search is a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Platform Expertise:
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Essential): Proven hands-on experience executing in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including audience segmentation, lead gen forms, and campaign setup.
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for campaign data analysis, pivot tables, and performance reporting.
- GDPR & Privacy Compliance: Solid foundational understanding of EMEA privacy regulations (GDPR) and their operational implications on paid media targeting and lead capture.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively across multicultural, cross-functional remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across additional paid advertising channels and platforms (Facebook, Reddit, or Google Ads).
- Experience coordinating with third-party B2B publishers or media vendors on content syndication deliverables and lead pacing.
- Experience using ABM intent platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase to segment and prioritise account lists based on buyer intent.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics suites, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, or Marketo).
- Practical familiarity with generative AI tools and productivity assistants (e.g., Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) for daily workflow efficiency.
