***PLEASE NOTE CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDIA BUSINESS HOURS, MUST RESIDE IN INDIA Job Summary: The Denodo Admin with Linux skills will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Denodo Platform on Linux servers. This role requires a deep understanding of data virtualization, data integration, and database management, as well as proficiency in Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Denodo environments and ensuring optimal performance and security. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Denodo Platform on Linux servers. Manage and monitor Denodo environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Develop and implement data integration solutions using Denodo. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Denodo Platform and Linux systems. Collaborate with data architects, developers, and business analysts to design and optimize data integration workflows. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide support and training to users and stakeholders on Denodo Platform usage. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Min 3-5 years of experience in administering Denodo Platform. Proficiency in Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu). Strong understanding of data virtualization, data integration, and ETL processes. Experience with SQL and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. Familiarity with network protocols and security principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Denodo certification. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with other data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
