About the role

Our client is a small dental practice in Miami. You'll be the voice of their front desk, calling patients, following up on appointments and helping with billing follow-up.

This role is fully remote from Colombia, Peru, Ecuador or Argentina. To patients, you sound like part of the practice's own front desk.

What you'll do

• Call patients to confirm, schedule and follow up on appointments
• Follow up with patients who are overdue or haven't booked
• Help with billing follow-up, including getting updated contact details and following up on balances
• Keep patient notes and records accurate in the practice's software
• Track the calls you make and the appointments you book

What we're looking for

Must-haves

• 2+ years in a dental front office role, such as receptionist, patient coordinator or treatment coordinator
• Near-native spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent. You sound natural on the phone with US patients
• Comfortable with dental terms and basic dental billing
• A quiet place to work, a stable internet connection and a good headset
• Available full-time, 5 days a week, during US Eastern business hours

Nice-to-haves

• Eaglesoft experience
• Experience working with US dental offices or US patients
• Dental insurance or billing follow-up experience
• Spanish, for Spanish-speaking patients
