Are you a passionate dental hygienist who loves teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow? DCA is looking for a knowledgeable, motivational, and proactive Dental Hygiene Coach to join our team and support 18 local dental offices across Maryland!

💰 COMPENSATION: $100,000–$108,000 + BONUS🎁 Monthly & quarterly bonus opportunities📅 SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday in office | Friday REMOTE!✈️ Travel required, could include some overnight depending on location!

🦷 WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Dental Hygiene Coach, you’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to:

• Train, mentor, and support dental hygienists

• Help teams optimize patient care

• Refine clinical techniques and workflows

• Encourage professional growth and development

• Promote consistent, high-quality standards of care

• Serve as a clinical resource and motivational leader for hygiene teams
