About the role

Our client is a US company that helps dental practices get unscheduled patients back on the schedule. You'll be the voice of around a dozen US dental offices, reaching out by phone, text and email to patients who are due for a hygiene visit, recare or unscheduled treatment, and booking them in.

This role is fully remote from Buenos Aires. To patients, you sound like part of their own dental office's front desk.

What you'll do

• Call, text and email patients who are overdue for hygiene, recare or unscheduled treatment
• Answer their questions about the visit or treatment and book them into the office's schedule
• Manage patient conversations for about 12 dental offices from one software platform
• Represent each office the way its own front desk would
• Keep patient notes and records accurate, and flag anything the office needs to handle
• Track the patients you reach and the appointments you book

What we're looking for

Must-haves

• 2+ years in a dental front office role, such as receptionist, patient coordinator or treatment coordinator
• Near-native spoken and written English. You sound natural on the phone with US patients
• Comfortable with dental terms: hygiene, recare, treatment plans and common procedures
• Organized enough to keep many offices' patients and schedules straight
• A quiet place to work, a stable internet connection and a good headset
• Available during US business hours

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with US dental offices or US patients
• Dental practice software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental
• Outbound or patient reactivation calling
• Spanish, for Spanish-speaking patients
