The Deployment Lead Analyst will be part of the Innovative Medicines Finance Deployment Team, working with the Finance Deployment Manager
Role Purpose
Lead global deployment of Integrated Business Planning capabilities, including SAP IBP, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), across business units and markets. Drive standardized planning processes, integrated data architecture, analytics, and business adoption.
General Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of IBP, BDC and SAC solutions across regions/business units.
- Drive standardization of IBP/S&OP processes covering demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial planning.
- Partner with business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Data teams to define requirements and deployment strategy.
- Lead SAP IBP solution design, integration and deployment readiness.
- Establish BDC data foundations, including data integration, harmonization, governance and availability for planning and analytics.
- Lead the test script preparations, run the testing for BST and coordinate UAT.
- Ensure integration between SAP S/4HANA, IBP, BDC, SAC and other enterprise systems.
- Handle data quality, master data and planning data requirements.
- Define and supervise deployment KPIs, business benefits and adoption metrics.
- Lead organizational change, partner engagement and training.
- Manage deployment roadmap, project risks, dependencies, issues and senior collaborator governance.
- See opportunities for automation, analytics and continuous improvement after deployment.
- Ensure global standards are maintained while addressing legitimate local business requirements Provide Credo based leadership to foster an environment of inclusiveness and continued career and personal development
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 8+ years professional related experience required
- MBA (Finance) /CA/ ICWA is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP Analytical cloud
- Experience in any other planning tool, is an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) needed
- SAP S/4HANA integration
- Supply Chain Planning, Data & Analytics, Business Process Transformation
- Global Partner Management and Global deployment experience
- Working experience in Jira/X ray tool is needed.
