Who We’re Looking For 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms) Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferred Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and how they translate into systems Customer-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Systems-minded with solid project management skills; able to run multiple workstreams Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and highly detail-oriented Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Life at Rillet: Competitive Pay & Benefits: Backed by world-class investors, we offer strong salaries plus equity so you share in our success.
