About the position

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care corporate team, as well as our franchisees as they make an impact in communities across the country. The Deputy General Counsel serves as the primary Legal Department point of contact for legal issues arising from the Company’s Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, Education, and Learning and Development departments, and oversees the day-to-day management and development of the Associate General Counsel. This is a newly created position to support the continued growth and evolving needs of the organization and is anticipated to begin in January 2027.

This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland and offers a hybrid work environment with 80% in-office and 20% remote work.
