At Regnology our greatest asset is our people. We value diversity and foster an inclusive environment that supports learning, safety, and growth. By investing in our team, listening to customers, and encouraging creativity, we drive continuous innovation and improvement.
We offer a flexible, innovative environment where your ideas matter and your career can thrive.
Regnology is a global leader in regulatory reporting, helping financial institutions, regulators, and tax authorities improve data quality, efficiency, and cost savings. Our mission: to safeguard financial markets through smarter, future-ready solutions.

About Regnology :

Regnology is a recognized leader in regulatory, risk, tax, and finance reporting technology— connecting regulators and the regulated across more than 100 countries. Our unique position enables us to span the full spectrum of industry needs, delivering solutions that address both oversight and compliance requirements to a broad range of clients, including global Tier 1 banks, local and regional institutions, corporates, insurers, and authorities.

What you'll do :

This is a senior leadership role with real operational ownership. You will combine strategic thinking and functional steering with a strong hands-on mentality. You are expected to set direction, create structure, make decisions and drive improvements - while also being willing to get into the detail and personally support critical topics when needed.

You will act as a trusted counterpart to the Head of HR Services and provide continuity, leadership and decision-making capacity across the function. When required, you will independently represent HR Services, take ownership of critical situations and ensure that priorities continue to move forward.

The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, people, processes, systems and execution: someone who can see the bigger picture, but is equally comfortable going deep into a payroll issue, resolving an operational bottleneck, challenging a process or driving a complex implementation to completion.

Your key accountabilities are:

· Co-lead and continuously develop the HR Services function, helping define its operating model, service delivery standards, priorities, roadmap and future capabilities.

· Provide strong functional and operational steering across HR Services, setting clear priorities, establishing accountability, removing roadblocks and ensuring that the team delivers against agreed objectives.

· Lead and develop HR Services and HR Operations teams, providing direction, coaching, challenge and support while creating an environment of ownership, continuous improvement and high service standards.

· Stay close to the operation. Understand the detail behind critical processes and issues, step in where required and personally drive resolution of complex or business-critical topics rather than delegating everything down.

· Oversee end-to-end HR Services delivery across employee lifecycle administration, payroll operations, benefits, global mobility, HR systems and HR service desk/ticketing.

· Act as the escalation point for complex HR Services matters, bringing structure and sound judgement to ambiguous or high-risk situations and ensuring timely resolution.

· Translate business requirements into pragmatic HR solutions, balancing employee experience, compliance, operational efficiency, scalability and risk.

· Drive process excellence and standardization across countries and entities, identifying inefficiencies, simplifying processes and establishing scalable global ways of working while respecting local requirements.

· Lead HR technology and digitalization initiatives, including HRIS optimization, automation, reporting and data-driven HR Services solutions across platforms such as Workday and Personio.

· Use data and operational insights to steer the function, establishing meaningful KPIs, identifying trends and risks, and turning data into concrete actions and decisions.

· Lead complex global and cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and stabilization, ensuring that strategy is translated into tangible results.

· Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across HR, Finance, Legal, IT and the business, including situations where you do not have formal authority.

· Represent HR Services independently in senior management discussions, audits, works council / employee representative matters and other relevant internal and external forums.

· Act as deputy to the Head of HR Services, providing full functional continuity when required and independently taking decisions within the agreed scope.

Why we should decide on you:

· 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with a strong focus on HR Operations, Payroll, HR Services, Shared Services or People Operations in an international environment.

· Strong end-to-end understanding of HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, payroll, benefits, HR systems and international employment requirements.

· A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You can define the operating model and roadmap, but you are equally comfortable investigating an operational issue, reviewing data, challenging a process or getting into the detail to solve a problem.

· Strong operational judgement and ownership. You do not wait for perfect information or someone else to solve a problem. You assess the situation, understand the risks, make a decision and move things forward.

· Experience leading complex, cross-functional HR projects, process transformations, HRIS implementations or operational integrations.

· Experience in international and multi-country environments, ideally within a growing or changing organization.

· Strong people leadership capabilities, with the ability to create clarity, accountability and development opportunities within a team.

· Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.

· Strong influencing skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and drive decisions without relying on formal authority.

· Confidence working with senior and executive stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex operational topics clearly and concisely.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset. You look for solutions that are compliant, scalable and workable in the real world.

· Comfort with ambiguity and change, combined with the ability to create structure where it does not yet exist.

· A continuous improvement mindset, with a genuine interest in automation, digitalization, AI and modern HR service delivery.

· High degree of ownership, independence, resilience and adaptability.

· Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Would be an advantage:

· Experience with M&A, HR operational integration or post-merger integration.

· Experience leading an end-to-end HR Operations or Payroll integration workstream.

· Experience across several HR domains, such as HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits or Labor Compliance.

· Experience with Workday or other modern HR technology platforms.

· Experience working in a fast-growing, international or highly acquisitive organization.

Why you should decide on us:

· Market Leadership: Join a global leader where our agile culture and innovative spirit allow you to shape the future of financial stability.

· International Scope: Take ownership of high-profile international projects and benefit from our global internal mobility initiatives.

· Growth & Mentorship: Access a wide range of our technical and functional training opportunities.

· Culture of Inclusion: We foster a supportive, transparent atmosphere with frequent team events and a commitment to diversity.

To get started, we only need your CV. We look forward to meeting you in a virtual or personal interview!
