Role Description The Deputy Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Taguig, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales performance, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. Daily responsibilities include supervising sales activities, monitoring pipelines, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and coordinating with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. The Deputy Sales Manager will also conduct client presentations, manage key accounts, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The role involves mentoring and coaching the sales team, implementing best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in real estate sales, including experience in residential or commercial property selling, project selling, and client relationship management.
- Proven skills in sales leadership, team supervision, performance management, and coaching to help a sales team achieve and exceed targets.
- Solid abilities in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Knowledge or strong interest in sustainable development, green building practices, and value-driven real estate projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, demonstrating time management, self-motivation, and collaboration with onsite and remote team members.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial sales role, ideally within the property development or related industries.
