About Elevren

Elevren is a Pakistan-based digital hair-health platform focused on evidence-based treatment of male and female hair loss under qualified medical supervision.

We are building a dedicated remote clinical team of dermatologists to provide patients with structured, medically supervised hair-loss treatment through Elevren's digital platform.

The Role

We are looking for a PMDC-registered dermatologist interested in flexible, fully remote clinical work.

As an Elevren dermatologist, you will review structured hair-loss assessments, assess patients based on their medical history and scalp photographs, prescribe appropriate Elevren treatment where clinically indicated, and engage with patients through online consultations when required.

What You'll Do

• Review structured patient assessments, including medical history and scalp photographs.
• Assess each case and determine the appropriate treatment approach.
• Prescribe Elevren's treatment where clinically appropriate.
• Request additional information where required before making a clinical decision.
• Conduct one-to-one online dermatologist consultations when appropriate.
• Continue engaging with patients through their treatment journey as required.
• Make independent clinical decisions based on the patient's individual assessment.

Clinical decisions remain with the dermatologist. There is no expectation to prescribe when treatment is not medically appropriate.

Compensation

• Clinical case reviews: 30k-35k PKR baseline clinical compensation for ongoing patient case-review responsibilities.
• One-to-one consultations: Dermatologist receives 65% of the consultation fee. This would be down the line, likely after probation.

• Opportunity to grow into a regular part-time role within Elevren's remote clinical team as patient volume increases

Preferred Profile

• Valid PMDC registration
• D-Derma (Diploma in Dermatology)
• Early-career dermatologists are very welcome
• Interest in hair loss / androgenetic alopecia
• Comfortable with telemedicine and digital patient assessment
• Evidence-based clinical approach
• Doctors currently on a career break or looking for flexible home-based clinical work are encouraged to apply
