The Role You will be responsible for translating creative concepts into production‑ready artwork across a wide range of retail and shopper touchpoints. Your mission is to ensure every asset is pixel‑perfect, print‑ready and adheres to brand and technical specifications so our creative work can be executed flawlessly at scale. What You’ll Be Doing Artwork Production: Prepare, refine and finalise artwork for print and digital channels, including POS, shelf‑talkers, packaging dielines, posters, banners and social assets. Prepress & Print Preparation: Create print‑ready files, check bleeds, colour profiles (CMYK/spot colours), trapping and overprint settings; liaise with printers and production houses to troubleshoot technical issues. File Management: Maintain organised, versioned project folders and handover packs (PDFs, assets, fonts, specs) to internal teams and external suppliers. Template Building: Construct and maintain production templates and master files to speed up execution and ensure consistency across global rollouts. Quality Control: Perform rigorous QA on layouts, typography, image resolution and colour; implement feedback quickly while retaining file integrity. Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, Account Managers and Producers to clarify briefs, estimate production effort and meet tight deadlines. Technical Guidance: Provide practical guidance on format requirements, file optimisation and best practices for both digital and print production. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3–6 years’ experience as a design artworker, prepress technician or production artist, ideally within a creative agency, retail or shopper marketing environment. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong understanding of PDF/X standards, colour management and print workflows. Attention to Detail: Exceptional typographic and layout sensibility with a proven track record of producing error‑free, production‑ready files. Organisation: Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, maintaining clear version control and following structured file‑naming conventions. Communication: Clear, concise communicator able to translate technical requirements for non‑technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams. Experience with packaging dielines, spot varnish and foiling workflows. Familiarity with content management systems. Nice‑to‑Haves: Experience with Figma, Google Web Designer/HTML5 Banner Production using Automation Tools such as Celtra Education: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Production Arts or a related field is preferred but not essential where proven experience exists.
