Client Overview A Cape Town-based luxury interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality and residential environments. The studio operates with a boutique structure and places strong emphasis on creative leadership, design excellence, and close alignment with its founder’s vision. Role Summary This is a future-facing leadership role and not the immediate hiring priority. The position will require a highly experienced design professional capable of leading creative direction, managing team output, and aligning closely with the founder’s vision and studio standards. The role is currently loosely defined, as the existing function evolved organically within the business. A more structured brief will be developed following the completion of current hiring priorities.
