About The Role

TALI Studio is looking for a Design Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining UI/UX design and front-end development. You will work across the full project cycle, from research and design to design system to building and shipping digital experiences. You will help bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, honest, creative, and comfortable figuring things out along the way. A good sense of humour is always needed!

Your Responsibilities

• Turn research and ideas into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
• Design responsive websites and digital products in Figma
• Create variables & components and maintain scalable design system
• Build and ship websites using Webflow and custom frameworks, e.g. Next.js, React
• Implement AI coding agents, e.g. Claude Code, Codex, and other similar tools
• Develop custom front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Create interactions, animations, and polished details for the web

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, front-end development, creative development, or a similar role
• A strong portfolio showing both visual design thinking and digital execution
• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, and interaction design
• Comfortable working in Figma
• Experience building websites in Webflow and custom frameworks
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• A good eye for typography, layout, motion, and visual details
• Based in Indonesia and comfortable working remotely
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• Experience with GSAP, Lenis, or other animation libraries
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, or similar platforms
