Role Summary We’re looking for a Product Designer who will take full ownership of YOVO’s user experience, visual language, and end-to-end product design. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to shape the core flows, aesthetics, and interaction patterns that define how thousands of creators and digital entrepreneurs will build their businesses on YOVO. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments, wants deep ownership, and is excited to define the look and feel of a next-generation fintech platform. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in Product Design at a fast-paced startup or SaaS company • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX for complex digital products • Ability to turn messy early-stage concepts into clear, intuitive, beautiful product experiences • Strong understanding of modern design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts • Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and engineers to iterate quickly • Ownership mentality — you care about every detail, from the user journey to pixel-level execution • Bonus: Experience designing fintech, dashboards, payment flows, or onboarding funnels What you'll do • Own the design of YOVO’s core product experience across checkout, dashboards, subscriptions, and hosting • Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and interaction patterns • Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports rapid iteration • Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of your designs • Lead UX research, user interviews, and feedback loops to drive product improvements • Translate complex flows (payments, analytics, onboarding) into simple and intuitive experiences • Define YOVO’s visual identity in-product, shaping our design language and aesthetic • Collaborate with the founding team on product positioning, user journeys, and feature prioritization • Ship fast, test often, and iterate based on user insights and product data • Contribute to a high-ownership culture where great design directly impacts company success What’s in It for You • Work directly with the founding team to shape the entire YOVO product experience • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity upside • Opportunity to define the visual and UX foundation of a next-generation European fintech • Remote-first culture with optional on-site work in Budapest • High-trust environment where your design decisions have real product impact • Support for learning, tooling, and professional growth
