Design Lead

We are building a powerful AI-ecosystem that unites 100+ advanced AI tools in one service, trusted by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide - from marketing specialists, designers, and AI creators to IT teams, schools, and innovation hubs.

We're entering a new stage of product growth where scaling requires strong design leadership. That's why we're looking for a Design Lead to shape our design direction, mentor the team, and help us build a world-class product

What You’ll Do

• Define the design vision for the next 6-12 months, aligning it with the product strategy and business priorities.

• Establish design quality standards and craft across the entire design team, conducting regular design reviews for product, digital, and graphic design.

• Develop and mentor the design team through goal setting, regular feedback, career development, and participation in hiring.

• Lead strategic product initiatives while remaining hands-on as an individual contributor.

• Validate product hypotheses through prototyping, usability testing, and product analytics.

• Develop and maintain the design system, ensuring close alignment with front-end implementation.

• Ensure visual and product consistency across the ecosystem while evolving our brand guidelines as the product grows.

• Oversee product visual communication, including landing pages, key visuals, presentations, and marketing assets.

• Ensure a seamless user experience across both product and marketing touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and company leadership.

• Present and defend design decisions using product metrics, user insights, and business objectives.

• Introduce and improve design critiques, retrospectives, and documentation processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design for digital products or SaaS.

• Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems.

• Understanding of product metrics and data-informed design.

• Experience with user research and usability testing.

• Ability to lead design projects in cross-functional teams.

• Strong visual taste and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with complex interfaces and graphic design is a plus..
