Designated Coordinator - Sub-Contracted Foster Care

We began providing residential services to individuals living with disabilities in 1977, and in 1984 became the first non-governmental entity in Minnesota to offer waiver case management. Our services include waiver case management, community living services, care coordination, respite care, and community-based residential programs.

We are seeking a Designated Coordinator who resides in the St. Cloud, Alexandria, or surrounding areas to support our subcontracted foster care providers throughout west-central and northwest-central Minnesota.
