We’re looking for a versatile Designer who can bring strong craft and consistency to a wide range of projects. Maybe that’s you. What you’ll do As a Designer, you’ll collaborate with our Creative Director, Design Leads, and broader team to develop and produce work across digital and print. Types of projects may include: Presentations: You’ll design and refine pitch decks, corporate presentations, and other high-impact communications. Digital Content: You’ll create social posts, campaign graphics, email assets, reports, and other digital materials that extend our clients’ brand systems. Information Design: You’ll translate complex ideas and data into clear, compelling visualizations, diagrams, and infographics. Illustration: You’ll create and refine illustrations for a variety of applications, using traditional illustration skills, generative AI tools, or a combination of both. Print: You’ll design and prepare brochures, one-pagers, event materials, signage, packaging, and other print collateral. You’ll ensure files are production-ready and work with vendors to maintain a high standard of quality. Web Support: You’ll help Design Leads bring website projects across the finish line by applying established design systems to template pages, adapting desktop designs for responsive layouts, and preparing organized files for development. Brand Support: You’ll help Design Leads extend brand systems through guidelines, business cards, deck templates, and other supporting assets. Who you are Talented: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy across a range of formats. Versatile: You’re comfortable moving between decks, social content, print collateral, campaign assets, diagrams, responsive web layouts, and other day-to-day design needs. Reliable: You deliver consistently, communicate proactively, stay organized, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively. Curious: You enjoy learning about unfamiliar industries and technologies so you can communicate complex ideas clearly and accurately. Scrappy: You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and are comfortable adapting to different projects, timelines, clients, and levels of direction. Opportunity Time: This role will begin as a part-time contract of approximately 10–20 hours per week. Location: We are remote-first. Occasional meetings typically take place between 12–5 p.m. ET. Compensation: We offer fixed project fees for clearly defined engagements and hourly rates for less-defined, ongoing, or one-off design work.
