WE ARE HIRING: Designer (Creative Visual Designer) Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Marketing Technology / Digital & Customer Experience Platforms Role Overview We are looking for two Creative Visual Designers to produce high-quality creative assets across digital platforms. This role is responsible for delivering visually compelling designs for app-based campaigns, lifecycle communications, social media, and merchant marketing initiatives, while ensuring strong brand consistency and fast turnaround in always-on environments. Key Responsibilities Create visual assets for lifecycle, seasonal, partner, and merchant campaigns. Design app banners, offer cards, digital screens, email layouts, and social media reels. Support the creation of pitch decks for merchant acquisition initiatives. Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the brand system and tier identity guidelines. Collaborate using Figma and Adobe design tools as required. Repurpose and adapt design templates to enable faster turnaround for ongoing workflows. Deliver creative variations in both Arabic and English. Qualifications & Experience Experience 4–6 years of experience in digital design for mobile apps and consumer brands. Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UI campaign design and marketing creatives. Skills & Tools Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong working knowledge of Figma.
