Designer-Retoucher

We’re looking for a Designer-Retoucher to join our creative team and work with visual content for social media pages.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with visuals, has a good eye for detail, and can combine basic design, photo retouching, video editing, and AI tools.

What you’ll be doing:

• Photo retouching - mainly basic retouching such as smoothing skin, correcting minor imperfections, and improving the overall look of photos.
• Video content editing - applying simple blur and similar basic edits when needed.
• Static design - creating visuals such as newsletter previews, post designs, promotional images, and other simple graphics.
• GIF previews - occasionally creating simple animated previews and visuals.
• AI-generated content - creating simple AI visuals based on specific briefs and ideas, including creative concepts such as body text/signs and similar elements.
• Additional design tasks - supporting the Sales Department with other simple visual tasks within the same level of complexity.

How we work:

The main workflow is organized through ClickUp:

• The Sales Department creates tasks and provides briefs.
• All tasks, deadlines, and priorities are visible on the board.
• You’ll work mostly independently according to the provided briefs.
• There may occasionally be calls, but the number of meetings on this position is minimal.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with photo retouching and basic graphic design.
• Good visual taste and attention to detail.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience with AI image-generation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with repetitive but creative visual tasks.
• Willingness to work with adult content.
