This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families' homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic Region while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication. As a key member of our Reconstruction Team, you will serve as the bridge between field inspections, estimating platforms, internal teams, and homeowners. Your ability to coordinate documentation, manage estimates, and keep projects moving efficiently will help ensure every restoration project transitions seamlessly from inspection to production. What You'll Do Manage mitigation and reconstruction inspection workflows using DocuSketch and Seek Now. Review and verify job documentation, including photos, inspection reports, and estimates within DASH. Request, track, and manage estimate requests generated from DocuSketch scans and Seek Now reports. Coordinate with EMS and Reconstruction Coordinators to ensure projects are properly set up in One Click Contractor. Import ESX files into Xactimate or Symbility. Review estimates to ensure ITEL pricing, depreciation, deductibles, and scope notes are accurate and complete. Manage estimate revisions requested by TPAs and insurance adjusters, ensuring all changes are properly documented with F9 notes. Upload completed and revised estimates into XactAnalysis and other required platforms. Contact homeowners to schedule Sales Presentations via Microsoft Teams or phone. Present the Thomasville Restoration process using approved Sales Presentation materials and virtual backgrounds. Communicate weekly project and estimate updates to homeowners. Work closely with Reconstruction Coordinators, Estimators, and Project Managers to keep projects moving efficiently. Confirm Work Authorization signatures before projects move into production. Maintain tracking spreadsheets for estimate requests, approvals, and completions. Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with Thomasville Restoration standards. Support continuous workflow improvements by maintaining accurate records and communicating project status. Who You Are Have 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance restoration, estimating support, or project coordination. Experienced with DocuSketch, Xactimate, Symbility, DASH, One Click Contractor, or similar restoration software. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate documentation and estimates. Comfortable communicating with homeowners and presenting restoration processes virtually through Microsoft Teams. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. Able to collaborate effectively with Coordinators, Estimators, Project Managers, insurance adjusters, and homeowners. A proactive problem solver who takes ownership, follows through, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
